This pair of
unique, oversized pearl earrings, which kept hidden inside a drawer could fetch
500,000 pounds. These earrings were gifted by King Carol of Rumania to his
mistress Elena Lupescu, who in turn left it to her friend after in Wiltshire,
England after her death in 1977. They eventually passed to her nephew and his
wife, until they had it valuated by an auctioneer lately, who said that the
