Highlights from today's Buckingham Palace garden party

It rained - and then the sun beamed - at the last of this year’s Buckingham Palace Garden Parties! Some 80,000 guests were invited in today's gathering, which served to honour individuals who made positive impacts in their respective communities. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Princess Beatrice, The Earl and Countess of Wessex, and The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, were there and went around to join the invitees. Next month, a garden party is planned at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh.
