It brings us great joy to see The Duchess of Kent step out in public, finally, after more than two years. She made her rare public appearance ( the first since January 2020) to attend a concert organized by Future Talent UK, a charitable trust she cofounded with Nicholas Robinson in 2004, to help underprivileged children thrive in their musical talents.
The Duchess wore a black sequin blazer and her cross necklace, with her black leather sling bag.
It is such a delight to see the Duchess happy and proud, knowing her charity has gone this far! Five sterling performances that night was a treat.
Wonderful to see this lovely lady at last night’s @FutureTalentUK concert at Lancaster House. The Duchess of Kent, who prefers to be known as Katharine, set up the charity in 2004 to help children from deprived backgrounds thrive in music… five mind-blowing performances 🎶 pic.twitter.com/Sc0cb9fYsV

An amazing evening at Lancaster House last night with wonderful young musicians from @FutureTalentUK and the inspirational Duchess of Kent who wanted to support young musicians from low-income families all over the U.K. pic.twitter.com/AzzQLrpYur
