The Duchess of Cambridge Gives Birth to a Princess

It's a baby girl for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge!

The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a daughter at 8.34 am. The baby weighed 8lbs 3oz. The Duke of Cambridge was with her when she gave birth.  The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.

The Duchess of Cambridge was admitted at 06.00hrs to St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London and is in the early stages of labour. She was taken by car from Kensington Palace to the Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital with The Duke of Cambridge.
