Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, made it clear that the British Royal Family is "not a racist family."
The 38-year-old prince, together with his wife the Duchess of Cambridge, were leaving a school in Stratford after a visit on Thursday, when a reporter asked: "Is the Royal Family a racist family, sir?"
"We're very much not a racist family," the second-in-line to the throne replied. Obviously, the question on racism within the family referred to the claim made by the Duchess of Sussex during her interview with Oprah Winfrey last Sunday.
Prince William has not yet spoken to his brother after the much-talked-about exposé on American television made by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, but he told reporters, "I will do.
