Prince Laurent of Belgium in induced coma

More update on Prince Laurent of Belgium's condition... He has now been placed under a medically induced coma to "optimise the treatment", said palace spokesman Pierre-Emmanuel de Bauw in a report by Expatica.   The Belgian TV station RTL reports that placing the prince in that condition  would give the patient more convenience because he does not have to exhaust himself against life-support system.
